CAT History

CAT purpose is to stimulate downtown areas in Clallam Bay and Sekiu through:

  1. Design- improving the appearance of downtown;
  2. Promotion- creating a positive image in the community by promoting the downtown as an exciting place to live, shop and invest;
  3. Economic Restructuring- focusing on all aspects of business retention and sustainable business development; and
  4. Organization- encouraging communication, cooperation, and building leadership in the community.
